Ingria Technopark is an innovative activity territory where companies of the high technology sector enjoy accelerated interaction due to the availability of developed infrastructure and rendering of the necessary services.
The technopark is located in the Nevskiy district of St. Petersburg, on the territory of Blocks 6-6А to the north of ul. Novosyolov, limited by pr. Bolshevikov, ul. Dybenko, ul. Krylenko, "Zanevskiy post" railway station. It has a convenient location: the M.A. Bonch-Bruyevich Telecommunications University, metro station "Ulitsa Dybenko", public transport stops, city centre and the ring motor road leading to Pulkovo-2 international airport are located in its vicinity.
Ingria Technopark will be created on the principles of state-private partnership with the support of the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of St. Petersburg. The project beginning was the adoption of the Ordinance of the Government dated 25.12.2007 No.328-r “On the creation of technoparks in the sphere of high technologies in the Russian Federation” and the establishment of the managing company, St. Petersburg Technopark OJSC, in July 2007.
The total volume of investment in the creation of Ingria technopark equals to 30 billion roubles, including 64% — private investment, 36% — investment made by the state. The construction of the technopark objects is planned to be completed by 2015.
